Collections Registrar Assistant at Birmingham Museums

After working as the summer documentation assistant I saw that they were advertising for a winter equivalent, so I eagerly applied wanted to help out again in anyway I can. However, I got a reply offering me a permanent voluntary position working with the Collections Registrar at the Museum and Art Gallery.

I work with Misaho Washizu tidying data, digitising and recording old files and logbooks and editing KeEmu. I love working through collections and although the process can be slow and repetitive there's always something I enjoy about it.

Through this, I've received asbestos and object handling training.
